Q: Which train do I take to get to the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College?
A: Take the 4 or 6 train to the 68th Street - Hunter College Station at Lexington Avenue.

Q: Why do I have to arrive an hour early?
A: We request you please arrive at the venue at least one hour early to accommodate security checks. We will not have the ability to store your personal belongings during the teachings.  To avoid having to find a place to store your belongings, please do not bring large bags, cameras, or recording equipment. Personal recording and photography is not permitted. We thank you for your understanding.

Q.  What is the seating plan of the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College?
A. Please consult the Kaye Playhouse seating chart.

Seating is in open sections, by row. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Please arrive early for check-in.

Q.  My credit card is valid but has been declined. Why?
A.  Double check to make sure that the billing address you entered exactly matches the billing address for your card. The credit card processor requires this for validation. If this doesn't work, please try a different card.

Q.  Do I need my ticket?
A.  Please print your ticket(s) and bring them with you to the event entrance. You must retain your ticket at all times. No one will be admitted without a ticket.

Q.  Where do the proceeds for this event go?
A.  All proceeds are offered directly to the Karmapa Foundation.
